ORDER

Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible by sending an email to info@eumbrand.com. We are able to make changes to delivery addresses as long as you contact us BEFORE your order is shipped out.
However, once the parcel has left our warehouse, it will be difficult to redirect it to a different address. As such, kindly double-check and confirm that the correct address has been entered before placing the order. Orders that are returned to us due to address errors and require reshipment to the intended recipient will incur an extra administrative fee.
If you have received an item that you did not order or if any items are missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service Team by sending an email to info@eumbrand.com. Include a photo of the items you have received, your name, order number, and details of the items you received incorrectly or did not receive at all.

A Pre-Order offers customers the opportunity to place an advance order for products that are currently difficult to stock in large quantities due to various factors such as inventory, distribution, and demand, or for newly released items from our store. When you place a pre-order, it typically takes approximately 10-16 business days from the time of order placement. Detailed shipping schedules will be emailed to you shortly after your order is placed.
However, please note that shipping may occasionally be delayed due to inventory availability or shipping conditions from our suppliers in Korea, so we appreciate your understanding in this regard. Additionally, during pre-order periods, certain products may come with additional benefits. We provide products manufactured within the last year with a minimum of one year remaining until expiration. If you'd like to know the exact expiration date, please contact us via email or Instagram DM, and we'll respond promptly.
